Single Skin Steel Partitioning

Single Skin Steel Partitioning is an ideal solution where a high quality, economical partitioning system is required for manufacturing and storage areas. Panels are constructed from cold rolled angles and can be supplied with either solid, mesh or glass in fills dependant upon requirements.

Doors can be supplied with or without vision panels, as well as the usual single and double doors we can supply sliding doors to suit customer requirements.

All panels are electro statically powder coated and we have a wide range of available colours.

Double Skin Steel Partitioning

Double Skin Steel Partitioning is an alternative product often used for installations where a smooth interior finish is required, works offices, clean rooms or storage rooms for chemicals or food products. Panels are constructed from cold rolled channels paneled both sides with mild steel sheet having 30mm Rockwool mineral fibre infill. Panels are available in solid, half glazed or solid/glass/solid elevation.

Doors can be supplied with or without vision panels, as well as the usual single and double doors we can supply sliding doors to suit customer requirements.

Aluminium Framed Partition

Aluminium Framed Partition is primarily intended for the creation of office accommodation. The aluminium frame supports preformed panels with honeycomb core which provides some heat and sound insulation. These panels are decorated with a vinyl wall covering and are finished with a 100mm black pvc skirting boards. Glazing can easily be inserted within the aluminium frame and sits within a black plastic glazing chair and bead.

Doors are generally hollow core wood grain finish and can be supplied with or without vision panels as single or double doors.

Fire Partitions

Fire Partitions are constructed on a metal stud and track framework with plasterboard or fireline board to the required fire rating. The walls can be finished tape, joint and painted or with a vinyl wall covering and cover strips available in many colours although usually aluminium. Glazing can be inserted within these walls using Georgian wired fire safety glass.
Doors are generally solid core wood grain finish complete with intumescent strips and smoke seals and can be supplied with or without vision panels as single or double doors.

Fire walls often are used to provide compartmentation within industrial units and can be designed and constructed from ground floor to existing roof height thus providing complete separation between two areas.

Suspended Ceilings

Many styles and specification of suspended ceilings are available on the market offering solutions for every situation and customer preference. Generally as standard we supply and fit white fissured tiles size 1200mm x 600mm set in a white lay in grid system.

Mezzanine Floors

Our mezzanine floors are custom designed and manufactured in accordance with current regulations to a specification and layout agreed with our clients. These mezzanine floors are able to accommodate office areas and would be protected with fire cladding. This Fire cladding comes in the form of a suspended ceiling consisting of white fissured tiles being set in a white lay in grid system. All structural columns will be protected with clip around column cases and any exposed edges will have a fire board fascia.

Services

To complete the installation we are able to fully service the office accommodation. We can supply all electrical works including power sockets, lighting, smoke detection and emergency lighting. We can provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Other services include floor coverings (carpets, vinyl’s), plumbing (sinks, central heating) and installation of kitchen units and other furniture.
